About us
Avant-garde contemporary circus
Created by Lander Briones, we are an avant-garde contemporary circus production company that fuses acrobatics, dance and visual arts to create innovative shows that surprise and move audiences.
We were born to bring a new voice to contemporary circus: exploring new languages, taking risks and betting on emotions that connect with every kind of audience.
Our large-scale shows bring together local, national and international artists with extensive careers in acrobatics, dance, aerials and other circus disciplines. In every production we take care of talent, support new generations and back those who have made circus their life.
The project is led by Lander Briones, the creative heart of ZIRKUSS, and Alex Gibelalde, a professional with a long career in the digital and content industry. Together we drive a project that combines art, emotion and professionalism to bring contemporary circus to new audiences and contexts.
Beyond our productions for theatres and festivals, we design tailor-made events for companies, launches, institutions and major cultural occasions, always with one goal: to impact and move people through the power of contemporary circus.
